Job summary

ThriftBooks is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour and scheduled increases.

You will work in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment across multiple functions. Candidates must have forklift experience on stand-up and sit-down models and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year forklift experience on stand-up and sit-down models.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.
• Positive and respectful attitude, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be coached and develop in the role.
• Physically able to work 8 hours standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse in a variety of functions.
• Stay active during the 8-hour shift; maintain energy and pace.
• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts as required.
• Follow safety rules and meet performance metrics.
