ThriftBooks in Austell, GA is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Manager. In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will lead a team of 100+ and drive continuous improvement while focusing on safety and hitting production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a 100+ person team.
• Experience managing P&L and enforcing safety protocols.
• Reliable, excellent attendance, and goal-oriented.
• Lean 6 Sigma certification preferred.

YOU’LL BE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE

• You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including driving continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem solving, and team building with your warehouse team members.
• You’ll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.

Qualifications

WE’RE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO

• Have at least five years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 100 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
• Previous experience managing P&L, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and creating a “Customer First” environment.
• Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently drive your team to meet goals and metrics.
• Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while leading a team to do the same.
• Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
• Are physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
• Lean 6 Sigma Certification preferred.
