ThriftBooks is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 2nd Shift in Tolleson, AZ. You will lead the warehouse team, train and coach members to meet production goals and KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory warehouse experience with a proven ability to lead and coach.

• Physically able to work 8 hours, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Diplomatic leadership skills in managing personnel.
• Ability to provide insights and analysis on team dynamics.
• Ability to coach and guide team on workload and processes.
• Ability to interpret instructions and convey duties.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management and focus on department goals.

Salary Range: $21.23 - $24.61 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd Shift

Currently hiring a Warehouse Lead for 2nd Shift, Monday thru Friday, 3:30p.m. to 12:00a.m.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including leading your warehouse team to meet production goals by training and coaching your team members.
• You’ll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports ensuring hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.
