Job summary

International Paper’s Lebanon Box Facility in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Forklift Driver for 2nd or 3rd shift. The role requires safe, efficient forklift operation, adherence to GMPs, and accurate paperwork handling.

Pay is $22.50 per hour, with full-time hours on either the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Responsibilities include loading/unloading, transporting materials, documenting activities, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years sit-down forklift experience.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork and note customer specifications.
• Load trailers as specified or directed by supervisor.
• Unload deliveries and transport to designated locations.

The Job You Will Perform

• Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program.
• Other duties as assigned by any member of management.
• Review paperwork and note customer specifications.
• Load trailers as specified in paperwork or directed by supervisor.
• Unload deliveries and transport to specified locations.
• Transport materials throughout the plant.
• Document all warehouse activity timely and accurately.
• Always comply with all plant rules and safety procedures.
