Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials for extended periods.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and products.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Properly stack and organize materials in designated storage areas.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials.
• Remove completed products from production areas and move them to designated locations.
• Inspect materials and products for visible damage during handling.
• Complete inventory, shipping, receiving, or production paperwork as required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties when needed.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to keep operations running efficiently.

Forklift Operator – Day & Night Shifts

Location: Surgoinsville, TN

Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: 12-Hour 2/2/3 Rotation Available Shifts

Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

2/2/3 Schedule: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then alternate the following week.
