Job summary

You will safely move materials, load and unload trucks, keep areas organized, and support production teams. The position requires attention to safety, stamina for long shifts, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Able to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials for extended periods.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and products.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Properly stack and organize materials in designated storage areas.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials.
• Remove completed products from production areas and move them to designated locations.
• Inspect materials and products for visible damage during handling.
• Complete inventory, shipping, receiving, or production paperwork as required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties when needed.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to keep operations running efficiently.
