• Inventory Control: Scan, track, and place inventory in designated storage locations.
• Production Support: Ensure production areas are consistently supplied with necessary materials to prevent downtime.
• Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment checks on the forklift and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

About the Role

Are you a skilled and safety-minded equipment operator looking for a reliable 3rd-shift opportunity? We are currently seeking a certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and production team in Tullahoma, TN.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and keeping our production lines supplied throughout the night shift.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Material Handling: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Loading & Unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Control: Scan, track, and place inventory in designated storage locations.
• Production Support: Ensure production areas are consistently supplied with necessary materials to prevent downtime.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Certification: MUST possess a valid Forklift Certification.
• Experience: Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Shift Availability: Must be able and willing to work 3rd shift hours consistently.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track inventory and follow safety protocols.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to sit for extended periods, perform basic physical tasks, and lift materials as needed.
