Job summary

Staffmark Group in Abilene, TX is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to safely move materials and support warehouse operations. You will load and unload products, keep the area organized, and contribute to efficient distribution processes.

The position offers pay between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour, with shifts from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This full-time role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for skill development within a safety-focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment required
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Dirver.

• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
