Staffmark Group in Abilene, TX is hiring a Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

This role requires forklift experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety. The position offers Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Steel-toe shoes, pre-employment background check, and drug screen are required; weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Experience operating heavier-capacity forklifts preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and number skills.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be available to work Saturdays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Verify product quantities and inspect inventory for quality.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
