Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is actively seeking a forklift/operator to support our corrugated packaging operations. The role requires safe forklift or clamp truck operation, daily safety checks, and accurate handling of materials across staging and shipping areas.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months forklift experience, and willingness to work varied shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months experience operating a forklift or clamp truck.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice and be available for all shifts.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift or clamp truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain a clean work area.
• Pull and stage orders; manage inventory tags and counts.
• Move products from dock to staging area safely.
• Assist other shipping/receiving staff and adapt as needed.
