Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Forklift / Clamp Truck Operator to safely operate equipment, inspect daily, and support shipping and inventory tasks in a corrugated packaging environment. The role requires DAY-to-DAY focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork at PCA’s Texas site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months experience operating a forklift or clamp truck.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or clamp truck safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily safety inspections and keep a clean work area.
• Perform lockout/tag out procedures on trailers.
• Move products from truck to staging area safely and efficiently.
• Pull and stage orders; assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling and documentation.
