Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; 3–5 years warehouse experience in manufacturing.
Familiar with handling/shipping component materials and finished goods inventory.
Proficient in using ERP system.
Experience dealing with multiple warehouses.
Proficient in using shipping carrier logistics systems (FedEx, UPS).
Ability to lift 10–25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Forklift certified; safety-conscious; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Fulfills/packages items into boxes for domestic and international shipments.
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items against records.
Ensures shipping addresses and freight account information are followed.
Posts weights and shipping charges; affixes postage and labels.
Logs and routes received items; maintains inventory of shipping materials.
Operates forklift truck or cart to move shipments within facilities.
Bills or invoices are ordered upon fulfillment.
Drives company van for routine tasks like mail and deliveries.
Cross-trains with staff for item receipt, inspection, cycle counting.
Performs responsibilities per ISO procedures; supports quality objectives.
Participates in the health and safety program.
