Mountz Inc. in Foley, Alabama is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will fulfill, package, and ship items domestically and internationally, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

This role requires forklift operation certification, rigor in following ISO procedures, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will report to the AL Warehouse Supervisor and contribute to a BEST IN CLASS shipping operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiar with handling/shipping component materials and finished goods inventory.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and shipping carrier logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills/packages items into boxes for domestic and international shipments.
• Verifies shipment details against bills of lading and orders for accuracy.
• Ensures correct addresses and freight account information are followed.
• Posts weights, shipping charges, and applies labels to boxes.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and routes items to departments.
• Operates forklift or cart to move shipments between areas.
• Drives the company van for routine tasks as needed.
• Cross-trains with other warehouse staff for item receipt and cycle counting.
• Adheres to ISO procedures and supports safety and quality objectives.
