Rust-Oleum is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform dock-to-pallet operations, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring accurate paperwork for inbound and outbound freight. The role requires forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with strong attention to safety and procedural compliance.

You will work with a team to maintain inventory accuracy, rotate stock using FIFO, and adapt to changing product flow while maintaining a clean, organized dock environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload and multi-task.
• Forklift certification required.
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, stack, and count items.
• Load and unload pallets, bags, and cases safely.
• Verify shipments against paperwork for inbound and outbound.
• Maintain accurate records and organize dock area.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and proper packaging handling.
• Communicate conditions and improvement ideas to supervision.
• Respond to rapid product changes on inbound/outbound.
