Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a warehouse associate at our Phoenix facility. You will move material, pick and ship orders, and operate forklifts, using computer software to complete orders and checks. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a variable-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to apply basic mathematics to warehouse tasks.
• Attention to detail when completing paperwork.
• Safety-conscious with ability to operate motorized warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work at heights up to 36 feet and in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, checks, and ships all product and equipment orders to customers, branches, franchisees.
• Completes required checks and paperwork to finalize orders and shipping procedures.
• Uses company-approved software to complete tasks and may perform manual computer tasks when systems are down.
• Receives freight deliveries promptly with the delivery agent present.
• Reports shortages or damage to Supervisors and DC Manager.
• Stocks received shipments after Supervisor approval and rotates products during receiving.
• Keeps pick locations stocked and ready for orders.
• Obtains forklift certification and maintains motorized equipment.
• Lifts objects weighing at least 50 pounds daily and assists with inventory and cycle counts.
