Job summary

Handsome Brook Farms in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle shipping/receiving, material handling and loading/unloading trucks. You will ensure timely and accurate movement of materials through the production area while maintaining a safe work environment.

You must follow GMP/HACCP, operate forklifts (certified annually) and use the ERP system for receipts and inventory. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with PPE and safety

Qualifications

English language fluency required.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent safety awareness and PPE compliance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

Observe all safety requirements, including PPE.
Follows GMPs and maintains a clean, orderly work area.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; inspect batteries, lights, tires, and horns.
Enter delivery receipts or material movement in ERP system.
Inspect deliveries and verify discrepancies by counting and comparing with reports.
Maintain FIFO and rotate stock to front of rack.
Stage materials according to production schedules; assist inventory with cycle counts.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate packaging materials.
Report unsafe conditions and adhere to company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned; comply with FDA/USDA/OSHA/HACCP.
