Job summary

Handsome Brook Farm is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle shipping/receiving, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks. You will ensure timely movement of materials, maintain a clean, safe work area, and follow GMP/HACCP and PPE requirements with a focus on accuracy in ERP entries.

The role requires forklift operation and certification renewal; strong communication and safety awareness are essential for daily coordination with production teams and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Follows cGMPs, GIPs, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Maintains PPE usage and safety standards.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Operates forklift and maintains certification annually.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and safety policies in daily tasks.
• Maintain forklifts, hand-trucks and pallet-jacks; inspect equipment.
• Verify deliveries and discrepancies by counting materials.
• Enter receipts and movements in ERP system.
• Organize and rotate stock; ensure FIFO in staging.
• Stage packaging and materials according to schedules.
• Assist inventory balances via cycle counts.
• Adhere to FDA/USDA/OSHA/HACCP requirements.
