Job summary

The Imagine Group in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and prepare client finished goods for shipment under the supervision.

You will perform quality checks, label outbound orders, enter orders into the manifesting system, and help maintain inventory accuracy while keeping the facility safe and organized.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2–3 years warehouse experience, and forklift certification; Spanish beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack finished goods orders.
• Quality check picked materials against pick list.
• Properly package items, label outbound orders.
• Enter orders into manifesting system and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate client inventory and replenish pick lines.
• Assist with cycle counts and location audits.
• Notify inventory control of damaged products.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse by keeping aisles and workstations tidy.
