Qualifications

• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against BOM, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Prepare items for shipping, create labels, and record outgoing shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate stock records.”
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts or manual handling equipment.
• Process returned goods, document damages, and route to stock or containment areas.
• Coordinate carrier pickups/deliveries and ensure timely transport.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and staff to smooth shipments.
• Resolve shipping issues and escalate with management when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of loading areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations.
