SRS Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution in Castle Rock, CO. You will log and store materials, load shipments, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accurate stock control, with opportunities to operate forklifts and use inventory software. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred, with overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is desirable.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and math for counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with documentation and schedule adherence.
• Keep warehouse and yard clean; maintain safety and operational standards.
• Distribute materials to storage areas; rotate stock and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to support a team-first culture and mutual success.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely and proficiently.
