Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to ensure accurate receipt of inbound shipments and proper inventory control. The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication with internal teams, and adherence to safety protocols.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate inbound shipments, maintain records, and support continuous improvement of receiving processes in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or storeroom experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify quantities, inspect items for damage.
• Update inventory records and systems with received items.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
• Operate forklifts and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean receiving area.
• Provide excellent internal customer service.
