Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts, manage inventory, and support material handling within a manufacturing environment. You will use ERP systems and scanning equipment to manage counts and staging areas, while maintaining safety and organization on the floor.

The role involves loading/unloading, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong math, computer and data entry skills.
• Experience with scan guns and scanning
• Forklift experience preferred
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to store, stage, move and transfer material.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Collaborate with inventory, warehouse, and production teams; assist with month-end counts.
• Load/unload trucks or trailers safely and in accordance with policies; use ERP and scanners.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and organize packaging materials and raw materials in staging areas.
• Monitor and communicate discrepancies affecting delivery or inventory to supervision.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
