Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a detail-oriented Palletizer Assistant/Packer to support our packaging operations in Perry, GA. You will inspect and pack cartons, assemble corrugated to spec, verify labels and pallet tags, and move pallets using a pallet jack.

We require basic computer skills, self-motivation, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. This on-site role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to contribute to Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack cartons neatly; only quality products are packed.
• Assemble corrugated according to customer specifications.
• Review and confirm pallet tags, pallet log and work instructions agree.
• Confirm labels are secure and facing out; ensure corrugated is aligned.
• Operate pallet jack to move completed pallets to stretch wrap machine and wrap.
• Restock material for next crew member and keep tables stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area during make ready.
• Assist with troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Support Lean initiatives (5S, TPM, Daily Management).
