Job summary

FLANDERS Inc. Evansville is seeking a Material Handler to support the Inventory Department by moving materials throughout the site and ensuring accuracy to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities include selecting and moving items, preparing kits, handling packing and shipping, and maintaining knowledge of ERP data entry, Syteline, and forklift operations. Applicants should have a high school diploma and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic data entry is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move materials between departments and through the ERP system.
• Submit purchase order requisitions and prepare kits for repair/production.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counting activities.
• Operate/maintain forklift and know Syteline software basics.
• Prepare pick lists and hand off materials to Shipping.
• Support unloading/loading freight and packaging for shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow safety procedures.
