Job summary

Indiana Ag Connection is seeking a Material Handler to keep materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished goods moving safely and efficiently across the facility. You’ll support production operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping, contributing to on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, reading schedules, transporting goods, operating forklifts, performing cycle counts, maintaining records in computer systems, and following safety and GMP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer skills to enter and maintain records.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, pick, and distribute materials and finished products.
• Read production schedules and orders to determine priorities.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production and shipping.
• Load/unload trailers and operate forklifts safely.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory records.
• Support cycle counts and inventory controls.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
