Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Material Handler I for the Fort Mill, SC area on day shift. This role requires lifting and forklift operation to support shipping, receiving, and storage tasks.

Under close supervision, you will unload shipments, verify and record in the Warehouse Management System, prepare packing slips and labels, and maintain clean, organized work areas. A HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience are typical.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; 0–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and drive as needed.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments and direct movement to storage/work areas.
• Verify shipments in the Warehouse Management System for correct product/quantity.
• Gather and place items into order picking containers for outgoing shipments.
• Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading.
