Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or GED required.
• Experience: 0-2 years in relevant field.
• Prior forklift operating experience required.
• DOT and IATA certifications for dangerous goods shipping.
• On-call availability outside regular hours; valid Driver’s License; pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Communicate with logistics technicians, customer services representatives, service providers and others involved in shipment/receipt.
• Track, trace, and update status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and tidy delivery system.
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sort receivables.
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily inventory.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Serve as backup for Facility Coordinator in their absence.
• Assist with contractor coordination and support activities, including site access and ensuring compliance with facility and safety protocols.
