Job summary

Lowe's in Rochester Hills is seeking a detail‑oriented associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will deliver great service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and directing customers to the right associates when needed.

Qualifications

6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and answering questions.
Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
