Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smart phones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time; keep staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and work with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork to achieve daily duties.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
