Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, stage, and organize inventory safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify product numbers, unload containers, and organize inventory for distribution.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Assist with freight preparation, shipping documentation, parcel sorting, and outbound order processing.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $24 to $25 per hour.
• Employment type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to support daily warehouse operations.
• Receive, verify, stage, pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment.
• Support shipping, receiving, returns processing, parcel sorting, and freight preparation.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Current forklift certification and practical forklift operating experience.
• Ability to lift 50 to 60 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established warehouse processes.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and assisting in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 3 to 5 years of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is aligned with this opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail distribution, shipping and receiving, or warehouse fulfillment environment.
• Experience unloading containers, preparing freight, sorting parcels, and processing customer returns.
• Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions and take on additional responsibilities as business needs change.
