Job summary

Flowly Solutions is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The role involves operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, load/unload trucks, and maintain accurate inventory records.

You will perform pre-shift safety checks, verify labels and orders, and ensure a clean, safe workspace. Regular hours Monday–Friday with potential overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating standard sit-down forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Active forklift operator certification or the ability to pass on-site recertification upon hire.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse practices, inventory tracking, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Solid spatial awareness, strong hand-eye coordination, and an uncompromised focus on safety.
• Ability to read order sheets, packing slips, and material labels accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and load materials and products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and load raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trucks using proper staging and securing procedures.
• Perform routine pre-shift equipment safety checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Verify counts, labels, and part numbers on shipping/receiving documents against physical inventory.
• Store goods in designated warehouse locations to keep aisles clear and optimize storage space.
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure materials are delivered to work stations on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
