Job summary

Jasper Engines in Jasper, Indiana, is hiring for a Power Drive – Forklift Distribution role. You will load/unload trailers, set up and breakdown racking, and follow computer printouts to meet deadlines. Overtime is common and computer literacy is required.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with experience-based increases. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, retirement plans, and ESOP participation. This is an on-site position with a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand or walk an entire shift (8–10 hours).
• Able to read and interpret computer printouts to load/unload trailers correctly.
• Computer knowledge required for scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck trailers to meet deadlines.
• Set up and break down of racking system.
• Read and follow computer printouts for accurate loading/unloading.
• Work overtime as needed.

This is a self-directed position requiring the person to read and understand computer printouts to accurately load and unload the trailers to meet the specified deadlines.
