Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, a leading exterior building products manufacturer, seeks a Forklift Operator to join our Virginia facilities. You will train to operate forklift and multi-directional equipment, swap batteries and gas tanks, and report maintenance needs while upholding safety standards and accurate product sorting.

Full-time role with benefits after day one, including medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment safely.
• Detail oriented with good communication and teamwork.
• Must possess a forklift/motorized equipment license.
• Adhere to health and safety manuals and report unsafe conditions.

Job Description

1. Train to operate motorized equipment (forklift and multi-directional equipment)

2. Change batteries and gas tanks on forklifts and report maintenance needs of motorized equipment.

3. Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/G.E.D
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be detailed oriented, possess good communication skills, and interact well with others
• Must be able to separate product by profiling color
• Must posses a Company motorized equipment license
• Safe work performance is required from each Associate at all times
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals
• Required to wear or use personal protectiveequipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions
