The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial maintenance experience in forging or heavy manufacturing, with strong PLC and robotics know‑how, and flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in forging, manufacturing, or heavy industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley/Siemens) and robotics is essential.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on forging equipment (presses, hammers, furnaces, material handling).
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on forging machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and robotics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support production with downtime reduction and reliability improvements.
