Job summary

thyssenkrupp seeks an experienced industrial maintenance professional to operate forge line presses, monitor robotics, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple production areas. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, knowledge of PLCs, and a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment, recording downtime, and supporting tooling changes on main press, heater, and trim press systems.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance or mechanical/electrical background required.
• Experience in manufacturing/metal fabrication preferred.
• Knowledge of forging, metal flow, crankshafts and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on forge line and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of downtime and corrective actions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning plant equipment.
• Monitor press tooling, die alignment and die tonnage.
• Operate heaters and trim presses and manage tooling changes.
