Race Winning Brands is seeking a Forge Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Mentor, Ohio. The role involves moving forgings through production, assisting with die setups, and operating band saws, lathes, and laser equipment to prepare parts for finishing and shipping.

You will work with the forge crew to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, while contributing ideas to improve speed and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Clear communication in English.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Move forged parts through production stages using help from the forge crew.
• Operate and program equipment (band saw, lathe, laser) as needed.
• Assist with die setups and prepare parts for finishing and shipping.
• Keep accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support team to meet quality and delivery expectations.
