Job summary

ATI is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in the Forge Department at the Bakers facility in Monroe, NC. You will operate furnaces, cut-off saw, grinder, Glama, forklift, and crane while gaining cross-training and job rotation.

Successful candidates will show attention to detail, follow written and multiple instructions, and work independently to set up and operate machines safely according to SOPs, reporting any faults or defects promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines safely within the standard operating procedures
• Detect faulty equipment and defective material
• Mark dimensions and use measuring tools such as tape measures
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain logs and records
