Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a Forge Line Production Operator in Streetsboro, OH. This on-site role offers 1st/2nd/3rd shifts with start ASAP, pay $19–$21 per hour, and on-line growth opportunities in a close-die forging environment.

You will operate forge and trim presses, support equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of industrial or mechanical experience.
• Strong shop math skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety- and quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operating the forge press as part of a team of 3-4 members.
• Setting up and operating forge and trim presses to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Handling and operating supporting equipment to maintain continuous workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conducting visual inspections of forged parts to verify accuracy and quality.
