7:20 AM to 3:20 PM; Monday - Friday
3:20 PM to 11:20 PM; Monday - Friday
11:20 PM to 7:20 AM; Monday Night - Friday night
Note: As a union-based employer, we are unable to guarantee any shift preference following initial training on day shift. Shift preference is granted by seniority. All candidates should expect to work afternoon shift and/or night shift at some point following initial training.
Overtime may be required occasionally, as an 8-hour weekend shift.

The Forge Operator supports forge shop operations by performing a variety of manual and equipment-assisted tasks associated with the production of closed-die forgings. This position works as part of a team to safely and efficiently move materials, operate equipment, and support forging processes in a heavy industrial environment.
