The role emphasizes budgeting, contracting, and leadership across project teams, with hybrid work options and a strong emphasis on collaboration with contractors and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years forestry experience.
• Knowledge of forest management and SFI, BMPs, safety laws.
• Ability to estimate costs for forestry projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stand- and project-level budget inputs for operating, expense, and capital programs.
• Track expenditures against budgets and milestones.
• Develop financial projections for silvicultural investments.
• Design site activity plans aligned with regional strategies.
• Plan and oversee silvicultural treatments and harvest schedules.
• Lead project teams and provide technical training to employees and contractors.
