Join the vibrant team at American Forest Management, Inc. (AFM) as a Forester in the Olympic Peninsula area, Washington.

Reporting directly to the Chehalis District Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in comprehensive forest management, overseeing planning, permitting, timber harvest, road construction, silviculture, client reporting, and budgeting.

You will also handle additional duties assigned by the District and Region Manager.

Work Environment

This role balances office work with remote field assignments. Travel in Washington may be required, potentially involving out-of-town and overnight stays (expenses covered).

Salary and Benefits

• Expected salary range: $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
• This is a salaried position offering the potential for overtime pay based on operational needs and additional hours worked beyond the standard work schedule.
