  • 2–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of FPA, LIMS, Unanet, Yardi is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process AP, including preparation/review of statements.
  • Sales contract entry, payment processing, and cash application.
  • Assist with Forest Excise and B&O tax reporting and filings.
  • Perform month-end bank reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Complete year-end tax reporting, including 1099 processing.
  • Provide high level customer service and maintain relationships.
  • Reconcile scale tickets and log accounting system.
  • Compile year-end owner packets and support special projects.
