Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred
• Must have and maintain a Driver’s License and be able to safely drive a company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete jobs according to contract specifications
• Direct crew members and manage equipment each day
• Assign tasks and supervise performance
• Plan and execute work in a safe and professional manner
• Organize job assignments for maximum efficiency
• Maintain records of time, equipment, and material used
• Inspect work to specifications and notify customer upon completion
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment or report damaged gear
• Travel for storm restoration work when needed
