Qualifications

• BS or MS in Architecture or Engineering.
• NYS Licensed Architect or Engineer or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or forensic investigation.
• Strong understanding of interior and exterior construction systems.
• Familiarity with NYC Building Codes and industry standards.
• Experience with forensic investigations and building condition assessments.
• Familiarity with cost estimating and budgeting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage forensic investigation and building condition assessment projects from proposal through completion.
• Coordinate client communication, project documentation, scheduling, budgeting.
• Staff assignments and resource allocation across projects.
• Prepare technical reports and proposals.
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Oversee field inspections including scaffold and roof access.
• Maintain awareness of NYC Building Codes and industry standards.
• Support other project types and initiatives.
