This role is key part of the Forensics, Litigation and Valuation team, utilizing project management and communication skills. Thie ideal candidate for this position will be able to work and communicate both internally with team and externally with clients and attorney’s offices. **Duties/Responsibilities:*** Client onboarding, including conflict checks, preparation of engagement letters and set up of new clients.* Maintains and files updated client contact information such as address changes, key contact changes across practice management and CRM systems.* Facilitate proactive project management to enable the team to meet internal and external deadlines.* Keep case managers and calendars up to date on new information and status changes.* Manages intake and organization of case documents. Follow up on information needed from clients, in coordination with Manager. * Coordinates transmission of deliverables to client.* Responsible for new client set up.* Maintain and annotate document inventory for discovery requests.* Monitors production and discovery responses and timelines and communicate proactively with the team.* Organize and maintain case notes and files.* Prepare monthly billing and billing summaries.* Proof and produce final reports (edit, proof, compile in Adobe, send securely, etc.)* Prepares exhibits and reports and other supporting documentation accurately and timely, as needed.* Maintains contact management system.* Maintains electronic library, subscriptions and files with assistance from the team.* Other duties as assigned.**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.* Ability to keep client and other professional matters confidential.* Strong attention to detail and analytical.* Excellent at prioritizing and organizing efficiently.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.**Education and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience* 2 years’ experience in accounting, administrative, customer services or hospitality experience preferred.* Basic understanding of family law and civil procedure is a plus, but not required.
