Job Summary:

Responsible for the care and comfort of customers, providing a unique customer experience based on individual preferences. Serves as the on-site resource for hotel, transportation, meal reservations, and additional requests from customers prior to and during their visit. Welcomes visitors, employees, and customers, directing them to the proper contact. Engages in face-to-face, telephonic, and written exchanges to foster customer loyalty and provides management with insights from customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Customer Business Center and equipment.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure excellent service.
  • Follow proper phone etiquette and procedures, avoiding cold transfers.
  • Keep the refreshment area clean and stocked.
  • Greet customers warmly and consistently.
  • Provide information on workspaces and internet access as requested.
  • Assist with reservations for transportation, lodging, and meals, negotiating corporate rates.
  • Offer local attraction and restaurant information.
  • Oversee courtesy car usage following SOPs.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and wear badges.
  • Track flights via FlightAware FBO Toolbox, including inbound and outbound customers.
  • Maintain Salesforce customer preferences data and survey inputs.
  • Update visitor logs and customer preference databases.
  • Create and cancel purchase orders, including recover fees.
  • Process SAO requests and scanned documents from IOS.
  • Handle internal and external payments.
  • Train employees in concierge procedures, Salesforce, FlightAware, and other systems.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of customer service or related administrative experience.
  • Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with multiline telephones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable.
