JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the care and comfort of customers, providing a unique customer experience based on individual preferences. Serves as the customer’s on-site resource for hotel, transportation, meal reservations, and additional requests from the customer prior to and during their visit. Welcomes visitors, employees, and customers, directing them to the proper contact. The Concierge engages in face-to-face, telephonic, and written exchanges throughout their responsibilities. The goal is to foster a strong desire for customers to return to Textron Aviation Service. The concierge acts as a key liaison, providing management with insights from customer interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure the Customer Business Center is clean, organized, and equipment is presentable in accessible areas.
  2. Provide excellent customer coordination and service.
  3. Follow proper phone procedures and etiquette, avoiding cold transfers.
  4. Keep the refreshment area clean and stocked.
  5. Greet customers in a friendly and consistent manner.
  6. Provide customers with workspaces and internet access information as requested.
  7. Assist customers with reservations for transportation, lodging, meals, etc., and negotiate corporate discounts.
  8. Offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  9. Oversee utilization of courtesy cars per SOP.
  10. Ensure all visitors sign in and wear visitor badges.
  11. Track flights via FlightAware FBO Toolbox, including inbound and outbound customers.
  12. Maintain Salesforce customer preferences data, survey, and input.
  13. Update visitor logs and customer preference databases with input from Customer Service Representatives.
  14. Create or cancel purchase orders, including recovery fees.
  15. Process SAO requests and scanned documents from IOS.
  16. Manage internal and external payments.
  17. Train employees in Concierge procedures, including Salesforce and FlightAware.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or related administrative experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with multiline phones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge, if applicable.
