Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the care and comfort of customers, providing a unique customer experience tailored to individual preferences. Serves as the on-site resource for hotel, transportation, meal reservations, and additional requests during their visit. Welcomes visitors, employees, and customers, directing them appropriately. Engages in face-to-face, telephonic, and written interactions to foster customer loyalty and provides management with insights from customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Customer Business Center and accessible areas.
  2. Coordinate customer services to ensure excellent service delivery.
  3. Follow proper phone etiquette and procedures, avoiding cold transfers.
  4. Keep the refreshment area clean and stocked.
  5. Greet customers warmly and consistently.
  6. Provide customers with workspace and internet access information as requested.
  7. Assist with reservations for transportation, lodging, and meals, negotiating corporate discounts when applicable.
  8. Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  9. Oversee courtesy car usage according to standard operating procedures.
  10. Ensure visitors sign in and wear corporate visitor badges.
  11. Track flights using FlightAware FBO Toolbox, including inbound and outbound customers.
  12. Maintain customer preferences data in Salesforce, including surveys and inputs.
  13. Update visitor logs and customer preference databases with input from Customer Service Representatives.
  14. Create and cancel purchase orders, including recovery fees.
  15. Process SAO requests and scanned documents from IOS.
  16. Handle internal and external payments, including billing management.
  17. Train new employees in concierge duties, including Salesforce and FlightAware procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service or related administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with multiline telephony systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to accept instructions and directions.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge, if applicable.
