Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager in Financial Investigations & Dispute Advisory Services to lead and expand the Forensic Data Analytics & Technology capability. The role blends forensic accounting, investigations, litigation support, data analytics, and technology to solve complex regulatory and legal challenges.

You will oversee engagements across eDiscovery, regulatory matters, and large-scale data analytics while collaborating with attorneys, corporate legal departments, and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, dispute advisory, eDiscovery, forensic technology, data analytics, or related consulting services.
• CPA, CFE, CFF, CIRA, CEDS, EnCE, GCFA, or similar credentials.
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client relationships.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency with Alteryx, SQL, Databricks, Python, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting, investigative, regulatory, and litigation support engagements.
• Direct teams performing data-driven investigations involving fraud, misconduct, and compliance matters.
• Develop and oversee large-scale data analytics programs using ERP, HR, and other data sources.
• Design analytics to identify anomalies, trends, and indicators of fraud or misconduct.
• Support expert witness and litigation engagements through damages analyses and data modeling.
