Job summary

Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator within the Forensic Services practice to support alliance partnerships, coordinate business development initiatives, and grow opportunities with technology partners.

You will be the primary day-to-day contact for partners, manage communications and CRM records, and contribute to joint marketing campaigns while thriving in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of alliance partner relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate recurring internal meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with alliance partners.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and events.
• Track partner-generated opportunities and follow up.
• Assist with developing business development plans for strategic markets.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and metrics.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for partner meetings.
• Research prospective alliance partners and market trends.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new partners.
• Collaborate with business development to maximize client and partner value.
• Represent the practice at partner meetings and events.
